Applications stay open year-round. We're not fielding a crew for the 2026 season, but when a contract lands, seasons come together fast — and the roster gets the first call. Veterans of past seasons: yes, you still need to be on here.

Crew members are hired as W-2 employees, paid on a transparent piece rate. Minimum age is 18. Required disclosures and employment paperwork happen at hiring, not at application.
